While the Koch Brothers are mainly known for their conservative viewpoints and funding anti-environmentalist groups. They announced that they will be spending millions of dollars to support “Dreamers” and their goal of becoming citizens.

According to the Koch Brothers in a statement said, . “Immigrants are essential to the success of our country and addressing the plight of the dreamers is a top priority for this network,” said Brian Hook, co-chairman of the Seminar Network.

“We cannot support arbitrary cuts to future legal immigration levels,” said Daniel Garza, president of The LIBRE Initiative, which is backed by the Koch brothers. “We welcome a debate about whether our current legal immigration policy properly balances family and skills-based migration. But that broad debate should not distract from the immediate goal of providing certainty to Dreamers and enhancing security.”

We must do better. The United States is at its best when all people are free to pursue their dreams. Our country has enjoyed unparalleled success by welcoming people from around the world who seek to make a better life for themselves and their families, no matter what their backgrounds.

Now, the rest of us need to do our part. Congress should act quickly, ideally before year’s end, to ensure that these decent people can work and stay and dream in the United States. As a nation, we must show that the dreamers’ faith in our word and goodwill was not misplaced.

A man accused of molesting a horse is now accused of trying to break into an Alabama home with a stun gun and a sex toy.

News outlets report 19-year-old Daniel James Bennett was arrested Monday on charges including attempted burglary. Mobile County Sheriff’s deputies say Bennett was knocking on doors in an Irvington neighborhood and tried climbing through one resident’s window. Deputies say Bennett also had a pair of hair styling scissors and a pack of razor blades in his possession.

Bennett was accused last year of molesting a 20-year-old mare named Polly and charged with offenses including sexual misconduct. Authorities say he admitted to the crime. Court records don’t indicate if he was convicted. It’s unclear if Bennett has a lawyer in either case.

Netanyahu Upsets Ultra-Orthodox and Says Pittsburgh “Synagogue”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Monday that the 11 Jewish victims of the Shabbat morning massacre in Pittsburgh were killed in a “synagogue,” taking a veiled swipe at the country’s ultra-Orthodox chief rabbis, who had refused to designate the Conservative Jewish congregation as such.

The exchange exposed some of the recent strains between Israel and the more liberal Jewish Diaspora, even in the wake of the deadliest anti-Semitic attack against Jews in U.S. history.

Several ultra-Orthodox Israeli newspapers, however, refrained from calling Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life Synagogue a Jewish place of worship since they don’t recognize non-Orthodox denominations, instead mostly referring to it as a “Jewish center.”

Israel’s ultra-Orthodox often question the faith and practices of the more liberal Reform and Conservative streams of Judaism, to which most American Jews unfortunately belong.

Netanyahu’s coalition government relies on the support of Chareidi parties and he has often had to capitulate to their demands on matters of religion and state. The Chareidi establishment views other strains of Judaism as too lax in many issues – such as conversions and marriages, while American Jews have increasingly felt that they haven’t been valued in Israel as equals despite their ardent backing and identification.

Lena Epstein, 37, is a third-generation co-owner of Southfield-based Vesco Oil Corp., one of the largest distributors of automotive and industrial lubricants and supporting services in the country — and is a huge Trump fan. Lena Epstein, a Christian convert (formerly Jewish) Republican nominee for Congress in Michigan, has defended inviting a Messianic ” rabbi” to honor the victims of the Pittsburgh synagogue massacre at a campaign event that featured Vice President Mike Pence, saying that inviting the fake Rabbi was meant to “unite” people.

The Rabbi is not a real “Rabbi” and attended a Christian Evangelical Seminary to be a Minister.

Here’s the problem: She has been denounced by the Jewish community effectively for being a hate peddler. Her own friends penned a letter, below, claiming she has left the community and is no longer involved with Jewish values.

They noted, among other things, she is a follower of KKK Grand Wizard Dude and has spread his tweets.

Epstein co-chaired Trump’s campaign in Michigan in 2016 and is seeking the GOP nomination in the 11th District, where Republican Rep. Dave Trott is retiring.
